Over the past year I’ve been wanting to branch out into new and more informative content but it’s been from one excuse to the other. With the year coming to an end, and the fact this year hasn’t been really productive to me, I thought it would be the perfect time to relaunch my blog! At least, I can look back and say I achieved one thing in 2016 – an upgraded and improved version of TEGAENAI.COM.
I’m beyond excited to finally be writing this post and reveal the new tegaenai blog! Truth be told, I have neglected this blog for most of the year, I’ve been inconsistent and not given my best in terms of post quality that provides value to my readers. This little space on the web has been my home for exactly 2 years on the 16th of January. Whoop! Whoop! Two years is quite a long time, and I have made a few blogging mistakes I wish I shouldn’t have from the beginning. The first mistake was not exactly stating My blog’s vision or mission; I just knew I wanted to blog. I had no goals so I can’t exactly say I have hit a milestone. Reflecting back to the past 2 years, I’ve decided it’s about time to set my goals/vision clear, take action and upgrade things around here.
Throughout the years, I blogged mainly on fashion – my personal style which I absolutely love but I didn’t find fulfilment because I knew I could offer much more than just style posts. I’m always preaching about the need to maximise your potential and reach heights you can only dream about but I wasn’t exactly doing the same – a case of not practising what you preach. I’m glad that I not only made the decision but I have taken action to break down my limits and barriers, I’ve stop holding myself back and going to push myself to do more and reach beyond my limits .
If we did all the things we were capable of, we would literally astound ourselves. – Thomas Edison
So, welcome to my updated little space on the web. The design is not the only new thing here, I’m relaunching with a few more categories and sub-categories – Fashion, Style, Be Inspired!, Lifestyle, DIYs, Beauty & Home Remedies, Food & Fitness and Blogging 101. I am so excited to create all this amazing new content and I really hope you guys will enjoy it too!
I’ve always been a fanatic of “how to grow your blog”, within the past 2 years, I’ve committed my time and dedicated myself to learn how to grow my blog than actually blogging. I became obsessed and learned that I was truly passionate about not just learning but also sharing. Sharing tips on how to start and grow a blog is something I’ve always done on the side with fellow and upcoming bloggers. The content of the blogging 101 category will include best traffic strategies, content creation and basically useful tools and resources to grow your blog. I’ve also created a free blogging resource library for my subscribers filled with free worksheets, e-books, templates, workbooks, and resource guides to help you grow a successful blog. You just need be subscribed to my blog to access the library. I can’t wait to share with you all what I have learned.
The biggest and most exciting thing that I wanted to share with you is my recently launched blog design and blog consulting services. I am a web designer, this is what I do all day every day. Surprised?
3 years ago, I started a web design company Fab Innovation. Fab Innovation works with small, medium and large companies to design websites that’s visually appealing, polished, professional, and most importantly reflects your company products and services. (I’m low key advertising my business.)
Need a website for your business? Contact Fab Innovation. It’s more than just web design.
I decided to launch the blog design service specifically for bloggers with the aim to provide clean, chic, and stylish WordPress and Blogger blog designs at an affordable cost tailored to your own personal style, taste and content. Awesome right! The blog consulting service is basically to point bloggers and upcoming bloggers towards the right track. You don’t need to waste 2-5years of your life before you finally get it right. I’m here to answer your questions and help you figure out a strategy that works for you. Consultation topics will include blog monetization, blog growth strategy, SEO, blog analysis and much more.
For now I hope you enjoy exploring my new site, which will (of course) have a spattering of blog goals/boost posts and free resources in the coming weeks. Let me know what you like and what you think could do with a little more work – I’m open to constructive criticism!

***On a lighter note***
As we celebrate let’s not forget that Jesus is the reason for the season! I wrote about this last year here. Christmas is also a time of giving, I want to give my love to everyone. I am truly grateful for all of my readers, family, and friends that have and continue to support me in my journey. Honestly, I could never have done it without you all.
May the light of love shine upon you, and may your life be filled with blessings in this Christmas season. Click To Tweet
Too bad no Christmas rice and chicken is happening around here. Would you believe It’s actually a working day! You’ll spending time with family and eating variety of Christmas food – I’m green with envy! Last year I said this year Christmas will be better.. lol I lied! All I want is Christmas food.
Compliments of the season once again.
